Our in-house stylist will thoughtfully prepare the setting; indoors or beneath the stars. While one of our selected chefs creates a seasonal menu inspired by local produce and the rhythms of the region.

Everything is arranged with care, reflecting the quiet beauty of the farm and the feeling you want to create — whether it’s a special occasion, a night before the wedding, or simply a moment worth marking.

With exclusive use of the property, you’ll have time to settle in, move at your own pace, and experience the day in a way that feels genuinely yours.

Bring your own celebrant and photographer, and we’ll take care of Dining & Styling — creating a beautiful setting in the distinctive Ross Farm aesthetic, and preparing a seasonal meal to share around the table.

Up to 12 guests can stay onsite. The sit-down dinner is available for up to 16 guests.

While Ross Farm is a micro venue and unable to host larger weddings, it offers a calm and thoughtful setting for the bridal party or family to stay, prepare, and unwind before the celebration.

With exclusive access to the property, you’ll have time to settle in, take in the surroundings, and share quiet moments with those closest to you. Our optional Dining & Styling package is perfect for a pre-wedding dinner.

For your ceremony and reception, we recommend Gurneys' Cidery, just 20 minutes away. Set on a family-run farm with expansive views across the Wilsons Promontory coastline, it offers a relaxed and naturally beautiful setting, where the open landscape and rustic charm create an ideal backdrop for your celebration.

At the end of the night, return to Ross Farm for stillness, reflection, and rest.

Breakfast catering is available on request to complete the experience.
