DAIRY
Once the old cattle yard, the Dairy has been transformed into a spacious, luxurious accommodation, complete with a fireplace and a round, oversized bathtub.
The exterior is clad in charred timber panels, a Japanese preservation technique known as Shou Sugi Ban. The interior of The Dairy pairs raw concrete with dark ply, blackened steel and silver travertine with brass accents. The dwelling wraps around a central courtyard, with a welcoming fire pit and expansive views over the South Gippsland hills.
The Dairy suits a large family or a group of friends.

Weekend
A two-night minimum stay applies for weekend bookings (Friday & Saturday nights).
Mid-Week
Single-night stays are available Sunday through Thursday—ideal for a mid-week reset or overnight escape.
Longer Stays
Special rates are available for bookings of 4 nights or more—for those looking to fully unwind.
Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee supports the time and care we put into preparing the space for each stay:
1 Bedroom - $200
Whole Space - $250
Singles/Couple
For singles or a couple booking the Dairy, one-bedroom stays are welcome. If your plans change, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to adjust your booking and we can then prepare the space and provisions accordingly.
If additional bedrooms are used during your stay without prior arrangement, an additional fee of $200 per night will apply.
Deposit
50% is due at the time of booking, with the balance charged 30 days before check-in.
Bond
A $400 bond applies per booking as an authorisation hold. Given the handmade nature of the space, we simply ask that it’s left as found, with care and respect, the bond will be released in full after check-out.
Guests
Please include the number of guests when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.
