BARN
Inspired by the natural formations and textures found in nearby Wilson’s Promontory National Park, an earthy palette of OSB, brass and softly-flecked pink granite interacts to create a sanctuary-like space.
At the heart of the Barn, an aged-steel staircase spirals skyward. Soak in the Japanese timber bath, prepare a special meal in the integrated kitchen and relax around the fire pit.
Perfect for a small family or a couple of friends — gently designed to be inclusive with a wheelchair-accessible ground floor, and quiet details that support ease and comfort for all guests.

Weekend
A two-night minimum stay applies for weekend bookings (Friday & Saturday nights).
Mid-Week
Single-night stays are available Sunday through Thursday—ideal for a mid-week reset or overnight escape.
Longer Stays
Special rates are available for bookings of 4 nights or more—for those looking to fully unwind.
Singles / Couple
For singles or a couple booking the Barn, one-bedroom stays are welcome. If your plans change, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to adjust your booking and we can then prepare the space and provisions accordingly.
If additional bedrooms are used during your stay without prior arrangement, an additional fee of $200 per night will apply.
Cleaning Fees
A cleaning fee supports the time and care we put into preparing the space for each stay:
$175 for one-bedroom stays
$200 for full use of the space
Deposit
50% is due at the time of booking, with the balance charged 30 days before check-in.
Bond
A $400 bond applies per booking as an authorisation hold. Given the handmade nature of the space, we simply ask that it’s left as found, with care and respect, the bond will be released in full after check-out.
Guests
Please include the number of guests when booking so we can prepare the space accordingly.
